Description: Essa Consulting Engineers were engaged to undertake the mechanical services design for the Sydney Speedway relocation to Eastern Creek. The project comprises F&B retail areas, 17 corporate boxes, amenities, workshops, pit garages, and race control rooms
New VRV Centralised Air conditioning system to the grandstand building and various other buildings within the facility
Mechanical ventilation to amenities, pit garages, and workshops
Kitchen exhaust and make up air systems to F&B’s
Compressed Air system to pit garages
Radiant heating system to pit garages and workshops
Centralised air conditioning control system
